Եղբ. Ժիրայր Սարգիսեան եղած է համա-Հ.Մ.Ը.Մ.ական չորրորդ բանակումին (Յունաստան, 1990) ընդհանուր խմբապետը եւ համա-Հ.Մ.Ը.Մ.ական բանակումները տեւաբար եղած են իր սրտին մօտիկ նախաձեռնութիւններ, որոնց հանդէպ ան ցուցաբերած է լայն ուշադրութիւն եւ գուրգուրանք։

Արդ, Սարգիսեան ընտանիքին եւ Հ.Մ.Ը.Մ.ի Կեդրոնական Վարչութեան փափաքն է, որ եղբօր յիշատակին կատարուելիք նուիրատուութիւնները հասցէագրուին այս ֆոնտին, որպէսզի նիւթականի պատճառով ոեւէ սկաուտ չզրկուի համա-Հ.Մ.Ը.Մ.ական բանակումներու մասնակցութեան իրաւունքէն, իր մասնակցութեան համար երախտապարտ մնալով նորաստեղծ այս ֆոնտին։

The Jirair Sarkissian Homenetmen Scouts Fund
On the occasion of the passing of Yeghpayr Jirair Sarkissian, a former member of Homenetmen's Central Committee, a special fund has been created in his honor. The purpose of the fund is to help financially subsidize scouts to attend future Pan-Homenetmen Jamborees that might not be able to be present otherwise. Yeghpayr Jirair Sarkissian was the General Scout Master of the Fourth Pan- Homenetmen Jamboree (Greece, 1990) and was always involved one way or another with all scouting activities within Homenetmen. It is the desire of the Sarkissian family and of Homenetmen's Central Committee that donations made in his memory should be addressed to this fund so that no scout will be deprived of participating in any Pan- Homenetmen Jamborees. Fonds Jirayr Sarkissian pour le Homenetmen et son scoutisme
A la suite du décès de l’Ancien membre du comité mondial de Homenetmen, Y. Jirayr Sarkissian, un fonds spécial pour aider les scouts ayant des difficultés financières pour participer aux Camps internationaux a été créé par décision du Comité mondial de Homenetmen.
Y. Jirayr Sarkissian a été le chef Scout général du 4éme camp international de Homenetmen (Grèce, 1990).
Les camps internationaux ont toujours été des événements qui lui tenaient à cœur et envers lesquelles il a témoigné beaucoup d’attention et d’affection.
Aujourd’hui, c’est le souhait de la famille Sarkissian et du comité mondial de Homenetmen que les dons récoltés à la mémoire de Y. Jirayr Sarkissian soient versés à ce fonds, afin qu'aucun scout ne soit privé des camps internationaux du Homenetmen pour des raisons financières.

Con motivo del fallecimiento del iegpair Girair Sarkisian, ex miembro de la Comisión Central de HOMENETMEN, la Comisión Central de HOMENETMEN resolvió la creación de un fondo específico, cuyo objetivo es apoyar la participación en los Campamentos Hama-Homenetmenagan, de aquellos scouts que tengan dificultades económicas.

Iegpair Girair Sarkisian se desempeñó como Jefe General del 4º Campamento Hama-Homenetmenagan (Grecia 1990) y todos los Campamentos Hama-Homenetmenagan estuvieron, permanentemente, muy cerca de su corazón.

Por lo tanto, es voluntad de la familia y de la Comisión Central de HOMENETMEN que las donaciones que se efectúen en su memoria sean dirigidas a nombre del fondo, con la finalidad de que, debido a dificultades económicas, ningún scout se vea privado del derecho a participar en los Campamentos Hama-Homenetmenagan y su participación sea garantizada por el fondo creado.
