VATCHE ROSDOMIAN

1961 - 1991

Yeghpayr Vatche Rosdomian was a representative of the devoted generation of the Artsakh movement. He was born on April 30, 1961, in the village of Kriboyedov, Armavir region.

Immediately after the creation of the Homenetmen movement in Armenia, he joined the Organization and, with the motto “Mishd Badrasd” (Always ready), stood on the frontlines of the Artsakh Movement.

With the Special Shushi Battalion, Yeghpayr Vache took part in many battles and, together with his comrades and ideological brothers Vartan Pakhshyan and Gagik Grigoryan, was martyred on December 16, 1991, in the battles for the liberation of Hasanapat.

In his honor, the Kriboyedov secondary school, the local ARF Committee, and the newly opened Homenetmen–HASK office are dedicated.
